Lennon’s abuse was more habitual than you have been led to believe, and even if it were once or twice with an apology, it still would be much worse than anything Meghan Markle and many other famous women have done to garner the intense hate that is thrown at them. As for McCartney and the prosthetic leg, it sounds like a tabloid story. I haven’t heard it until now and therefore saw no reason to include him in this story. I still don’t.
