I’ve never said “I don’t see color” to a white person and neither, I suspect, has any black person in the history of black people. I’ve certainly never said it to my white husband. Your question is basically the equivalent of “All lives matter,” and that is all the energy I’m going to give it, which is much more than it deserves.
