Every word of this. The modern Republican Party is a joke and should not have a chance in hell of winning national elections anymore. Shockingly, this is not the case. It's so easy to blame the stupidity of the so-called "deplorables," but I blame the Democrats for continuing to bring sticks and stones to gunfights.
